The trend followed in most of the company is to distribute a fixed part of the employees' salary as bonus with a bunch of chocolates once an year. This is the bonus, more like a tip you give to a restaurent waiter.
Employee @ RXS expected that too, unfortunately, Diwali passed, X'mas passed, and New Year passed with no bonus.
I believe any money given as bonus is more of a charity spent, and why to give it to already earning employees. Bonus should be to award a performance, inspiring to achive more.
So, are we, a company giving nothing other than the salary?
No
The bonus we have is based on three factors:
1. Overtime Bonus,
2. Performace Bonus,
3. Company Growth Bonus.
Overtime bonus is:- Money you earn for doing overtime at the office. Everyone appreciate our system of having Bonus working days, on some holidays, people can still come and work to office and the attendence is counted toward their bonus.
Performance Bonus:- Money you earn for the marks one obtains in the performance review system.
Company Growth Bonus:- The growth RXS makes in that period of time.
This incentives are paid twice an year. Making us more attractive place to work at.
Not an incentive, but we celebrate every Employee's B'day :-)
